Let's help level the
playing field

R.E.S.T.E.M. (Raising Equity in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) is a 501 (c)(3) established in 2021 by a woman cardiologist,  a man who never finished college yet retired as the Vice President of sales for a multinational company, and an immigrant child psychiatrist from India. The idea is relatively simple- to help individuals who are in STEM fields ( or in training) who may be facing some form of inequity.  All stories will be heard, and the plan is to help them out, minimizing scrutiny and bureaucracy in order to retain dignity. What we ask in return is that the individual pays it forward somehow, someday.
